With over 25 years of experience in high-pressure sales and a decade spent in sports television, I reached a turning point in my life where it was time to shift gears. In April 2012, after becoming sober, I realized my true calling lies in helping others—whether it's supporting women in AA or encouraging others to reach their full potential. Throughout my life, I’ve always been a cheerleader for those around me, and it became clear that I was meant to be more involved in guiding people to a better, healthier version of themselves. My interest in energy work, alternative therapies, and nutrition grew over the years, leading me to explore new ways of supporting others. When my boyfriend entered treatment for alcoholism, he shared with me a life-changing experience with 9D Breathwork. After researching and experiencing it firsthand, we knew we had discovered something powerful—a tool for healing and growth.
